Display Board Replacement Process:

With your order of the 6.0 replacement display board, you will receive:

  1. Your new display board replacement kit, in black box.
  2. One copy of your display board order.
  3. Bubble Envelope with Pre-Paid Shipping Label already attached

Once You Have Completed The New 6.0 Display Board Replacement:

  1. Use the black box from the new display board and place the old display board inside.
  2. Place the black box in the provided bubble envelope.
  3. Take the bubble envelope to your nearest Purolator location to return

Your Refund (Purchase Amount + Shipping):

  • IMPORTANT: You must return your old display board within 30 days to receive a full refund.
  • IMPORTANT: Be sure to include a copy of your order with your return.
  • Make a note of your tracking number for safe delivery of your return.
  • Once we confirm receipt of your old display board, we will contact you to refund the amount of your new display board purchase plus shipping.

Continue enjoying Wi-Fi service with your DH75 or DH100 dehumidifier by updating your display board to version 6.0 (units manufactured after July 1, 2023 already have 6.0). You will receive a full refund of your purchase amount plus shipping when you return the old display board within 30 days.
