Component Warranty Coverage and Handling Instructions

Warranty covers parts only. Labor charges are not covered under warranty. Parts that have been modified or altered in anyway void the warranty. Customer is responsible for return freight and any miscellaneous expenses of warranty item claim. Wholesaler to return only those items listed under returned components column.


IMPORTANT
: If you are returning more than one item in a package, EACH ITEM must be tagged individually with the
applicable Canadian General Filters assigned RGA number. (If this is not done, your return will be delayed.)

Warranties are void if product is not installed by a licensed contractor.
Didn't Register your Product Warranty? Here are your Alternative Options:
A) Provide a Proof of Purchase (Invoice or Receipt) of Installation Date to Customer Service
B) SOLENOID ONLY: Provide Date Code (Sticker Can Be Found On Solenoid Valve)
